Tony Scott's death officially ruled a suicide

Tony Scott, the director of such films as Top Gun and Beverly Hills Cop II killed himself on August. From the moment the news was reported, most people knew it was a suicide but today it is official. Scott jumped from the Vincent Thomas Bridge in California and had large amounts of an anti-depressant drug and Lunesta, a sleep aid in his system. Scott was originally reported to have inoperable brain cancer, but that was later proved to be false. Scott may have left a suicide note, but what was said has not yet been reported.
