Zach Snyder's Superman reboot has been moved to 2013. Man of Steel was going to be released in December 2012, but Warner Bros. decided that it should be moved to Summer 2013. The film will be released on June 14, 2013. Man of Steel will compete against Iron Man 3 and Thor 2 in Summer 2013. Thor 2 will be released on July 26, 2013 and Iron Man 3 will be released on May 3, 2013. In other Man of Steel news, Laurence Fishburne will play Perry White. Man of Steel begins shooting this week.
